段辉平,男,教授,博士生导师,1988、1991、1996分别于湖南师范大学、天津大学、北京科技大学获学士、硕士和博士学位;1996.07-至今一直工作于伟德国际1946官方网伟德国际1946官方网,其间,2000.10-2001.10在德国锡根大学从事访问学者研究,2002.10-2003.10在德国GKSS研究中心从事博士后研究工作。
